Marlborough has been awarded part of the initial package to build a new facilities management building at Pinderfields and Pontefract hospitals.

The overall scheme is worth £300 million and will deliver a new acute inpatient hospital at the current Pinderfields Hospital site in Wakefield as well as a new diagnostic and treatment centre in Pontefract. The scheme will provide a total of 633 extra beds in Pinderfields and an extra 120 beds at Pontefract.
