The project consists of the refurbishment of two Victorian blocks and redevelopment of high quality residential apartments and town houses. The existing Victorian blocks are being retained for the conversion into apartments. There will be six new apartment blocks forming 72 apartments, 14 apartments in the two refurbished blocks and 7 town houses in two blocks. The new apartment structures will be constructed from an insulated timber panellised system, with a brick, weatherboarding and metal cladding facing. The town houses will be of traditional brick and block construction.
