Marlborough, continuing its strong relationship with key client Balfour Beatty, has been awarded the contract for the prestigious Fusion Residential Development in Salford, Manchester.

Marlborough's works include Lignacite Snowstorm architectural masonry, extensive cast stone cladding panels, 350,000 facing Chatsworth Gold bricks, stainless steel masonry support and almost 20,000m2 of blockwork.

The new build works consist of 5 apartment blocks in Phase One with a further 4 apartment blocks in the second phase providing 212 top-of-the-line luxury apartments. The one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses are set in Middlewood Locks, a 26-acre regeneration scheme that is destined to become Salford's most desirable residential location.
