Sir Robert McAlpine awarded Marlborough a £600,000 contract to carry out the masonry package for No. 1 Hardman Boulevard, Manchester. This 9-storey office development, designed by the Fairhurst Design Group, forms a part of the Spinningfields Scheme in Manchester's city centre.

The Spinningfield Scheme will provide a sum of over 245,000m2 of high quality commercial, civic, residential and retail space integrated into the busy city centre. No.1 Hardman Boulevard will create in excess of 35,000m2 of lettable floor area including 800m2 of retail space on the ground floor level.
