Following the success of Marlborough's first project with Balfour Beatty, St John College, York we developed a Framework Agreement with Balfour Beatty which covered numerous PFI projects including their Rotherham and Calderdale Schools PFI. The Framework Agreement proved to be very beneficial to both parties and is ongoing today - see Celebration of a Successful Partnership for further details of this agreement.

The Rotherham Schools, completed in 2003, are:

• Ferham Primary School. Package Value: £250,000
• Old Hall School (2 phases). Package Value: £990,000
• Wath Comprehensive School. Package Value: £1,260,000
• Wingfield Comprehensive School. Package Value: £680,000
• Wickersley School. Package Value: £430,000

The success of our involvement with the Rotherham and Calderdale Schools led to the extension of the Framework Agreement to cover the Bassetlaw Schools PFI
