Following the successful completion of the three schools in Phase 1 Marlborough has been awarded the masonry works on 2 further secondary schools in Phase 2 of the Leeds Combined Schools PFI.

The schools, under construction in 2006-2007, are:

• John Smeaton High School. Package Value: £990,000
• Ralph Thoresby High School. Package Value: £990,000
